| 摘 要： | 阐述了住宅平面设计中公私分区、动静分区、阳台的布置、朝向及通风组织等方面的设计要点,结合工程实例,对公私分区、动静分区、阳台布置等方面出现的平面设计问题进行具体分析,提出了一些相应的调整措施。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the essentials in the plane design of dwelling house focusing on the following aspects: configuration of public and private areas,the activity and quiet areas,the balcony's layout,the orientation and ventilation etc.It analyzed in detail the problems in practice and some optimization methods are put forward. |
