摘    要:借助于CAE前后处理软件HyperMesh HyperView及LS-DYNA,建立了国产某轿车的整车有限元模型,对其进行侧面碰撞仿真分析,得到了碰撞过程中的相关数据;通过改善前地板横梁零件结构和强度,改善侧面碰撞性能,满足侧撞法规要求。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of vehicle side crash, the full vehicle finite element model was established by software Altair Hy- perMesh, and the simulation that rigid wall was crashed into vehicle was analyzed by LS-DYNA. The energy curve and other related data in crash course were gotten. In order to strengthen vehicle' s crashworthiness, the structure and material of the front seat beam were optimized. So the requirements of side crash safe design are met.
