信息社会教师职业的转变

现代教师职责已越来越少地传递知识而越来越多地激励思考,教师必须集中更多时间和精力去从事那些有效果和有创造性的活动,互相了解、影响、激励、鼓舞。教师要有更大的适应性和灵活性来面对他们的工作。随着信息社会的飞速发展,社会对人才提出了新要求。促使教育要与时代发展相适应,这就向教育工作者提出了如何培养学生善于学习、思维、提高创造力的要求,同时也使教育工作者的职业素质和能力发生相应的变化。

Adjustment of Teachers' Jobs in the Information Society

With the increasingly rapid development of it, the information svciety arouses some new requirements to the talents. In order to adjust education to the development of the society, the teachers are confronted with such problems as how to foster the students' ability to study and ponder initiativly, and how to improve their ability to create. As a result, the teachers' occupational quality and ability must be adjusted accordingly.
