| 摘 要： | 螺旋藻是地球上现存最古老的物种之一，富含各种营养物质和生物活性物质，具有广阔的应用前景。本文就螺旋藻的生物学特性和化学组成及其在食品、医药、畜牧、化妆品及环境保护等行业中的研究现状与应用予以综合介绍。
