2007-2009年邯郸市中心医院ICU病原菌分布及其耐药性调查分析

目的了解河北省邯郸市中心医院ICU 2007-2009年分离的致病菌菌群及其耐药性,为细菌性感染的诊断提供参考依据。方法对ICU分离出的病原菌株及其耐药性进行回顾性调查分析。结果分离出病原菌641株细菌中,其中革兰阴性杆菌（G^-）553株,革兰阳性球菌（G^＋）98株,真菌5株。分离率由高到低分别为：鲍曼不动杆菌152株,铜绿假单胞菌107株,金黄色葡萄球菌83株,肺炎克雷伯氏菌61株,大肠埃希氏菌43株。结论我院ICU鲍曼不动杆菌与铜绿假单胞菌分离率高,且分离菌易呈多重耐药性,因此应在抗菌药物敏感试验指导下进行治疗。

Analysis of Pathogen Distribution and Drug Resistance in Handan Hospital ICU

Objective To investigate the pathogen distribution and drug resistance in ICU from 2007 to 2009, and to provide reference for the diagnosis of bacterial infection. Methods A retrospective analysis was made for all the isolated bacteria as well as their drug resistance. Results 641 bacterial strains were isolated, including 553 strains of gram negative bacteria, 98 strains of gram positive bacteria,and 5 strains of fungi. Isolation strains included 152 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii, 107 strains of Pseudornonas aeruginosa, 83 strains of Staphylococcus aureus, 61 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae, and 43 strains of Escherichia coli. Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii and pseudomonas aeruginosa were the main strains in ICU, the strains were multi drug resistance, so the treatment must accord to the results of antimicrobial sensitivity tests.
