羟乙基纤维素负载三苯基膦-钯催化剂的合成及其在Suzuki偶联反应中的应用

摘    要:以羟乙基纤维素(HEC)为原料,首先合成三苯基膦功能化的羟乙基纤维素(HEC-OPPh3),进而与醋酸钯络合,合成了一种新型的羟乙基纤维素负载三苯基膦-钯催化剂(HEC-OPPh3-Pd)。热重分析(TGA)表明该催化剂在180℃以下稳定存在于空气中。进一步研究发现,羟乙基纤维素负载三苯基膦-钯催化剂于乙醇和水等比例混合溶剂中能有效催化Suzuki偶联反应。

Abstract:A complex of triphenylphosphine functionalized hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC-OPPh3 )was syn-thesized and then coordinated with palladium acetate to form the hydroxyethyl cellulose supported tripheny-lphosphine-palladium(HEC-OPPh3-Pd)catalyst.The thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)indicated that the cata-lyst was stable below 180 ℃ in air.Further study showed that HEC-OPPh3-Pd could catalyze Suzuki coupling reaction efficiently in C2 H5 OH∶H2 O(1∶1).
