非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平与2型糖尿病微血管病变的相关性

摘    要:目的:探讨非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(non-HDL。C)水平与2型糖尿病(T2DM)微血管病变的相关性。方法:测定134例T2DM患者总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)水平,根据公式non-HDL—C=TC—HDL-C计算出non—HDL—C含量,并与60例体检健康者(正常对照组)进行比较。结果:T2DM组TC、TG、LDL—C及non-HDL-C均高于正常对照组,T2DM合并微血管病变患者上述指标均高于T2DM无微血管病变患者(P〈0.05);HDL-C明显低于T2DM无微血管病变患者(P〈0.05)。T2DM无微血管病变患者HDL-C略低于正常对照组(P〉0.05)。T2DM微血管病变与TC、TG、LDL—C、non-HDL—C等指标呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关,且non-HDL-C与T2DM微血管病变之间相关性优于TG、TC和LDL-C。结论:脂质代谢紊乱的敏感指标non—HDL-C与T2DM微血管病变之间具有较好的相关性。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the correlation between the levels of non-high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( non- HDL- C ) and microangiopathy in type 2 diabetes ( T2DM ). Methods: The levels of total cholesterol ( TC ), triglyceride(TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C ) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C ) were detected in 134 patients with T2DM. The formula( non-HDL-C = TC -HDL-C) was used to calculate the level of non- HDL- C, and then compared with 60 normal controls. Results: The level of TC, TG, LDL- C, and non-HDL-C in patients with T2DM were higher than those in control group, and the cases of T2DM with microangiopathy group were higher than those without microangiopathy group (P 〈 0.05 ) ; the level of HDL- C was significantly lower compared with without microangiopathy group ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference in the level of HDL-C between T2DM without microangiopathy group and control group. Furthermore, there was a positive correlation between T2DM with microangiopathy and TC, TG, LDL-C, non-HDL-C, and while there was a negative correlation between T2DM with microangiopathy and HDL-C, moreover, correlation of non-HDL-C was obviously stronger than that of TC, TG, and LDL-C. Conclusion: As a sensitive indicator of lipid metabolism disorders, it has much better correlation between non-HDL-C and type 2 diabetics with microangiopathy.
