摘    要:目的探讨CT血管造影(CTA)模拟手术人路在颅内动脉瘤夹闭术中的价值。方法16例颅内破裂动脉瘤患者术前在仅行CTA,未行DSA。利用CTA模拟手术入路,后处理采用容积成像(VR)技术,采集图像与术中所见相比较。结果16例动脉瘤病例仅在CTA图像资料的基础上均顺利完成动脉瘤夹闭术。CTA图像很好的模拟手术人路。依据CTA所模拟的手术人路影像均可顺利找到动脉瘤。CTA对颅内动脉瘤解剖结构、载流动脉、周围解剖标志等重要结构显示清晰,与术中所见高度一致,对术中辨认解剖结构有很大帮助。结论CTA能清晰显示颅内动脉瘤及其周围解剖结构,与术中所见高度一致。术前利用CTA模拟手术入路,可以为动脉瘤夹闭手术提供重要信息.

Abstract:Objective Exploring the relationship between the nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) levels and the patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning, to find an ideal biological marker which can express the changes in patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods Measured the levels of serum NO and NOS between 40 cases of acute carbon monoxide poisoning and 38 normal controls by using colorimetric method. Results The serum NO and NOS levels in patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning were significantly higher than the normal controls (P<0.05). Conclusion The anomaly of NO-NOS system levels played an important role in hypoxic-ischemic diseases which caused by the acute carbon monoxide poisoning.
