功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁情绪的研究进展

研究表明，精神心理因素尤其是焦虑、抑郁在功能性消化不良的发病机制中起着重要的作用。其病理机制可能与中枢神经系统对负性刺激的处理过程以及脑肠轴的功能紊乱相关。临床多以经验性治疗为主，包括专科药物治疗，结合抗焦虑、抗抑郁药物治疗等。中医主要从肝脾胃进行论治，多用疏肝、和胃、行气、健脾等方法治疗。目前心理治疗的运用越来越广泛，生物反馈对治疗功能性消化不良有效。

Functional dyspepsia with anxiety and depression

Functional dyspepsia( FD)is a common disease of the digestive tract,the digestive system is easily af-fected by emotions. In recent years,many research show that the psychological factor plays an important role in the pathogenesis of FD,especially in anxiety and depression. The pathogenesis of FD with anxiety and depression is rela-tively complicated,which may be related to processing of negative stimulus in central nervous system and brain-gut axis. The pathogenesis of FD with anxiety and depression are not clear,clinical treatment is mainly based on experi-ence,including specialist drug treatment,combined with the treatment of antianxiety or antidepressant,etc. FD with anxiety and depression without the actual name of disease in the traditional Chinese medicine,the mainly theory of governance is based on the liver,spleen and stomach,which always use the treatment of soothing the liver,harmonizing stomach,promoting qi,tonifying spleen. The use of psychological treatment is becoming more and more widely,espe-cially for the use of biofeedback,that there have been many studies have found that biofeedback has effective treatment in FD.
