燃煤电站锅炉系统能效评价方法研究

摘    要:传统的燃煤电站锅炉能源利用效率分析是以热力学第一定律为基础,不能深入分析系统能源利用本质。为深入分析锅炉系统能效水平,以〖HT5",5.SS〗火〖KG-*4〗用〖HT5K〗分析理论为基础,结合环境影响因素和燃料管理因素,建立了电站锅炉系统能效评价指标体系。引入偏好系数,采用熵权法和专家评议法相结合的评价方法确定权重,并基于改进模糊综合评价方法,建立了电站锅炉系统能效评价模型。运用上述方法,针对某350 MW燃煤电站锅炉进行具体能效评价,分析表明:该锅炉效率指标和燃料管理指标较高,属于良好等级;但由于NOx排放较多,环保指标仅为中等,脱硝系统的投入率以及效率都应增强。该分析结果与机组实际热力试验相符。

Abstract:Based on the first law of thermodynamics for traditional energy efficiency analysis of coal-fired power plant boiler,the system could not be in-depth analysis of the energy use nature.For in-depth analysis of energy efficiency boiler system,combined with the environmental impact factors and fuel management factors,the theory of exergy analysis was used and energy efficiency evaluation index system of power plant boiler was set up.Combination with the preference coefficient,the weights were determined by using entropy method and expert appraisal method.By applying improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the efficiency evaluation model of power plant boiler system was built up.Using the proposed method,the evaluation of energy efficiency for one coal-fired power plant boiler was analyzed.The results show that efficiency index value and fuel management index value of power plant boiler are high,which are good grades.Because of more NOx emissions,environmental protection index is only moderate.The input rate and efficiency of denitrification system should be enhanced.The evaluation results are in line with the actual thermal test.
