血清CA125及CA19—9联合测定对子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌病的诊断价值

目的 探讨血清CA125、CA19—9联合测定对子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌病的检测及意义。方法 采用电化学发光免疫法测定子宫腺肌病患者49例、子宫肌瘤患者32例血清中CA125、CA19—9水平。结果 子宫腺肌病组CA125值显著高于子宫肌瘤组，（P〈0．01）。CA125在子宫腺肌病组中阳性率为79．59％，其敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为：76．5％、93．4％、92．1％、78．3％，CA19—9值与子宫肌瘤组差异无显著性。结论 子宫腺肌病血清中CA125升高，对子宫腺肌病有较好的诊断预测价值。

The diagnostic value of CA125 and CA19-9 in serum for leiomyoma and adenomyosi

Objective To compare the diagnostic value of CA125,CA19-9 in serum for leiomyoma and adenomyosis.Methods 49 cases of adenomyos(group A)and 32 cases with leiomyoma(group B)were measured with immunoradiologic method.Cancer antigen 125(CA125),canbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9).Results The level of CA125 in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.01).The positive rate of CA125 in group A was 79.59%,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predivtive value of CA125,in group A was 76.5%,93.4%,92.1%,78.3%,there was no statistically significant difference in the level of CA19-9 between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The senum levels of CA125 significantly ascend in paients with adenomyosis.CA125 may be a better predicting marker for clinical diagnosis of adenomyosis.
