| 摘 要： | 以大型锅炉中速辊盘式磨煤机为研究对象,依据运行经验确定磨煤机的点检部位及内容,通过对点检内容进行有效的管理,对磨煤机的健康状态等级给予及时准确的定位,并依据其状态等级,制定维修决策,合理采取不同规模的维修方式,既节省了维修费用,又延长了设备使用寿命。

| Abstract: | Position and items of spot - inspection are made sure according to operating experience of medium speed roller coal pulverizer for large - scale boiler. The rank of health condition of coal pulverizer can be coneluded promptly and accurately by managing items of spot - inspection effectively. Maintenance decision can be determined based on its condition rank, The different maintenance way can be used, which has saved the cost and lengthened lifespan of equipments. |
