运动对老年骨质疏松症患者骨量和骨代谢影响的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨运动对老年骨质疏松症患者骨量和骨代谢的影响。方法:96例确诊为老年骨质疏松症的患者随机分为运动组和对照组各48例,运动组每人每天服用元素钙600mg的同时进行户外运动,对照组每人每天仅服用元素钙600mg。观察两组患者的骨密度和骨代谢指标(骨钙素和尿吡叮啉/肌酐)。结果:运动组治疗12个月时腰椎和髋部骨密度明显增加,与对照组有极显著性差异。同时运动组在治疗后3个月时骨形成指标BGP上升,骨吸收指标U-Pyd/Cr下降,并且该变化一直持续到试验结束;而对照组骨代谢指标无显著性变化。结论:运动不仅能增加老年骨质疏松患者腰椎和髋部的骨量,同时能促进骨形成和抑制骨吸收,有效治疗老年人骨质疏松症,积极预防跌倒和骨折。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of exercises on the osseous amount and metabolism of aged osteoporosis patients.Methods:96 cases of aged osteoporosis patients were divided randomly into exercises group and control group. Every patient in these two groups took 600 mg calcium everyday. At the same time, exercises group conducted regular exercises. Bone mineral density (BMD) and bone metabolic markers (BGP and PYD/Cr) were observed.Results:For exercises group, the BMD at both the lumbar spines and the osseous coxal raised a lot at month 12, the difference between two groups was significant. The level osseous formation index BGP increased greatly and the osseous absorption index PYD/Cr decreased at month 3. These changes were sustained until month 12, however no significant changes were observed in bone metabolic markers level in control group.Conclusion:Exercises is helpful not only in increasing the osseous amount at lumbar spines and osseous coxal of aged osteoporosis patients, but also in stimulating osseous formation and restraining osseous absorption. It is quite effective in treating the osteoporosis of aged persons, and preventing the aged persons from falling down and suffering fracture.
