妊娠期糖尿病的空腹血糖水平与妊娠结局相关性研究

目的：对妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）的空腹血糖水平（FBG）与妊娠结局的相关性进行分析研究。方法121例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据75 g葡萄糖耐量试验（OGTT）,将其中78例FBG正常者设为对照组,43例FBG升高者设为观察组,回顾分析其临床资料。结果观察组8例（18.6%）接受胰岛素治疗明显多于对照组5例（6.4%）（P〈0.05）；观察组产妇并发症发生率总计44.2%明显高于对照组16.3%（P〈0.05）,观察组新生儿高胆红素血症、新生儿窒息及巨大儿的发病率明显增加,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者空腹血糖水平升高会增加围生儿危险性,加强监测对改善母婴结局具有重要意义。

Clinical experience of irbesartan and amiodarone in the treatment of heart failure complicated by ventricular arrhythmias

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of irbesartan and amiodarone in the treatment of heart failure complicated by ventricular arrhythmias.MethodsDivided 72 cases of patients with heart failure complicated by ventricular arrhythmias were divided into observation group and control group according to a random number table, 36 cases in each group, the control group was treated with amiodarone, cardiac, diuretic and dilation of blood vessels and other conventional treatment, observation group was treated with irbesartan, after 3 months, blood pressure, heart rate and clinical efficacy were compared in two groups.ResultsTotal effective rate of observation group（94.4%） was higher than that of control group（77.8%）, there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）; blood pressure and heart rate of two groups were significantly decreased, observation group was lower than control group, there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.ConclusionIrbesartan and amiodarone have a significant effect in the treatment of heart failure complicated by ventricular arrhythmias which, can improve patient’s heart rate, blood pressure levels effectively and has valuable of clinical application.
