摘    要:热水锅炉停炉腐蚀是北方采暖锅炉普遍存在的问题,使用正确的停炉保护方法可以延长锅炉的使用寿命,并提高锅炉运行的安全性,从理论上分析了,热水锅炉停炉腐蚀的机理和危害.提出了两种新型的湿保护方法和干保护方法.并详细阐明了这两种方法的原理和具体操作步骤.实验结果表明:这两种方法对热水锅炉停炉腐蚀的预防是有效的.研究成果对锅炉的运行与保护具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The phenomenon of corrosion occurred in a stopped hot-water boiler is a ubiquitous problem for heating boilers in northern areas.Employing appropriate methods of protection for a stopped boiler makes it possible to prolong the service life of the boiler and improve its security of run.The mechanism and harmfulness of the corrosion in a stopped hot-water boiler were analysed theoritically.The two novel protection methods, wet-protection measures and dry-protection measures,were proposed.The principles and concrete operating sequences of the two methodswere clarified in detail. The result of experiments shows that the methods are effective for the prevention of the corrosion in a stopped hot-water boiler.The achievement of research has certain directive significance to the run and protection of the boilers.
