高炉喷吹用煤粉可行性指标的研究与应用

针对目前高炉喷吹煤性能评价指标存在的不足,对评价高炉喷吹用煤粉的各项可行性指标,如煤种的工业及元素分析、燃烧性、着火点、爆炸性、发热值、反应性、可磨性等进行了系统研究和分析。并以河北某M钢铁厂目前所用高炉喷吹煤粉为例,对其所用8种喷吹煤粉的可行性指标进行了试验研究与理论分析,最终得到该钢铁厂煤粉性能的总体评定,推荐高炉喷吹用煤种为3~#、5~#和6~#。

Study and application of feasibility indexes of coal injected into BF

In view of the shortcomings of the existing evaluation indexes of the pulverized coal, feasibility indexes of the pulverized coal which are applicable to the injection into blast furnace are analyzed and summarized. The indexes include technical and element analyses, combustion, ignition, explosive, calorific value, reactivity, grindability, etc. Taking the pulverized coals used in M steel plant in Hebei for example, experiment and theoretical analyses of the feasibility indexes of the 8 kinds of pulverized coals used at present were conducted. Finally, the evaluation of pulverized coal performances was obtained, and 3#, 5# and 6# coals were recommended as coal injection in the blast furnace.
