摘    要:对侧围外板后鸟嘴处起皱缺陷进行分析,根据成形过程进行工艺优化,通过模拟结果与样件进行对比,总结侧围外板后鸟嘴翻边的工艺,降低起皱缺陷产生的机率,提高生产效率。

Abstract:The wrinkling defect in the back beaky position of side wall outer panel was analyzed, and some methods were used to optimize the actual process. The simulation results were compared with the samples, and the flanging process was summarized, which reduced the probability of defects.
