摘    要:目的 :探讨脑膜瘤组织中孕激素受体 (PR)、雄激素受体 (AR)和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达。方法 :应用免疫组化方法检测 70例脑膜瘤PR、AR和PCNA的表达情况 ,分析它们与肿瘤组织学分级、复发及其相互关系。结果 :随组织学分级的升高 ,AR阳性细胞率 (AR LI)增高 ,Ⅰ级组与Ⅲ级组间差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;复发组AR LI高于初发组 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。组织学分级越高 ,PR阳性细胞率 (PR LI)越低 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;复发组PR LI显著低于初发组 (P <0 .0 5 )。AR阳性组PCNA LI高于阴性组 ;PR阴性组PCNA LI高于阳性组 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :AR表达水平与脑膜瘤组织学分级、分型及肿瘤复发有关

Abstract:Aim:To detecting the expression of progesterone receptor (PR) and androgen receptor (AR) and to study their significance in predicting the recurrence of meningiomas after tumor total removal and in relation to the histological features. Methods:Specimens of 70 patients with meningioma were detected for the expression of PR , AR and PCNA with the method of immunohistochemistry. The histological grade, tumor recurrence, the positive expression of PCNA, AR, PR and the interaction between them were statistically analyzed. Results: The expression of AR was significantly correlated with the histological grade rate, and the tumor recurrence rate ( P <0.01). The high expression of AR, higher histological grade and the higher rate of tumor recurrence were found. The expression of PR was significantly negatively correlated to the histological grade rate, and to the tumor recurrence rate( P <0.01). The lower expression of PR, higher histological grade and the higher rate of tumor recurrence were also found. Conclusions: The expression of AR was significantly correlated to the histological grade rate, and to the tumor recurrence rate ( P <0.01). The lower expression of PR could serve as one marker to predict meningiomas recurrence.
