电力市场火力发电机组竞价模型

摘    要:提出了一个旨在帮助电力市场中的发电商在能量交易市场中进行合理报价的综合竞价模型。激励发电商或用户进行报价的主要因素之一就是希望他们能够从交易市场上获得最大收益回报。有些市场参与者所关心的可能是发电厂或发电机平均运行成本的最小化,而不是收益或利润的绝对最大化;有些市场参与者,希望按照预先确定的日总发电量或总投资成本来竞价。文中针对这些能量交易市场中不同发电商的目标进行了探讨,并提出了一个综合竞价模型,同时详细列出了用该模型计算出的一个拥有5台发电机组的火力发电厂的报价计算结果。

Abstract:This paper presents a comprehensive bidding model for generation suppliers in submitting appropriate bids into the energy trade market in the deregulated and competitive electricity industry. Maximum return in revenue is one of the major incentives to attract suppliers or customers to make their serious bids or offers in such market. Some participants may be interested in minimizing average operating cost of units or plants instead of the absolute maximum return of revenue. Other suppliers try to make their bids while satisfying the pre specified daily total generation or investment due to energy resource constraints. This paper discusses all these aspects of interests from generation suppliers of the energy market. The computation results are illustrated in detail for a thermal plant study case with 5 units.
