草甘膦铵盐的合成研究

摘    要:草甘膦已经使用了27年,一直是世界上增长最快的农药。主要生产厂家有孟山都(生产能力约为20万t/a)和捷力康(生产能力约为2万t/a),全球草甘膦原药年生产能力在30万t以上。以固体草甘膦原粉和液氨为原料,在压力釜中直接合成草甘膦铵盐的液氨法工艺新颖、简单、实用,产品质量达到国外名牌产品——“农民乐747”水平,是一条易工业化的方法。

Abstract:Glyphosate has been used for 27 years, it is a pesticide with the fastest growth in the world. The main producers include Monsanto with a capacity of 200000 t/a and Zenecon with a capacity of 20000t/a, while the world's capacity of technical glyphosate is over 300000t/a. With glyphosate technical powder and liquid ammonia as raw materials, ammonium glyphosate is synthesized directly in pressure reactor. The process is novel, simple and practical. The quality of product has reached the famous one named Nongminle 747. It is a patented process which is easy to be commercialized.
