丙烯酸接枝改性丙纶纺粘非织造布探讨

摘    要:对不同丙烯酸类单体在纺粘法丙纶非织造布上进行了接枝改性实验.结果表明,采用丙烯酸(浓度为3%)引发剂过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)(浓度为单体的0.1%),乳化剂十二烷基硫酸钠(浓度为单体的3%),对丙纶纺粘非织造布进行接枝改性可获得良好的改性效果,吸湿性、透气性和织物强力都得到了提高.

Abstract:The graft modification experiment has carried to the different acylic acids monomer on the polypropylene spunbonded.The result indicated,it is used the methyl acrylate(the concentration is 3% of the weight),initiator benzoyl peroxide(the concentration is 0.1% of the monomer),emulsifier lauryl sodium sulfate(the concentration is 3% of the monomer),the good modified effect is obtained to the polypropylene spunbonded on the graft modification.The hygroscopicity,the permeability and the fabric strength had enha...
