| 摘 要： | 目的了解小型压力蒸汽灭菌器在口腔器械灭菌中选择与灭菌质量。方法采用现场调查与过程挑战装置监测方法,对杭州市部分口腔医疗单位进行了调查。结果共调查25所医疗单位口腔门诊的26台小型压力蒸汽灭菌器,有8所口腔门诊选择B型灭菌器,有17所口腔门诊选择S型或N型灭菌器,主要用于各类口腔器械(含带孔/腔)的灭菌。监测9台B型灭菌器,化学PCD监测合格率77.8%,生物PCD监测全部合格;监测11台S型灭菌器,化学PCD监测均不合格,生物PCD合格率为90.9%。6台N型灭菌器,未进行PCD监测,但S型与N型均用于带孔/腔器械的灭菌。结论小型压力蒸汽灭菌器对口腔科带孔/腔器械灭菌使用中存在问题,应加强相关技术培训和监测力度。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the choice and sterility quality of each available small autoclave used for dental instruments. Methods Data investigation on the spot and Process Challenge Device(PCD) were used in some dental departments in Hangzhou.
