摘    要:WO3薄膜是一种智能材料,在电致变色、共催化和气敏性方面具有广阔的应用前景。综述了WO3薄膜材料的制备方法及现状,并对其优缺点进行了评价。介绍了气敏性方面的应用和机理,说明了不同掺杂对气敏的影响;并对今后的发展方向提出了一些看法。

Abstract:WO3 film is a kind of smart material, which has been widely applied in electrochromism as well as electrcatalysis and gas sensing materials. In the paper, the preparation method of nano-WO3 film and its advantages and disadvantages are reviewed. The application of WO3 sensing-film and gas sensing mechanism are reviewed. Different dopings have different effects on gas sensitivity. Some opinions about the future research trend of WO3 are proposed.
