摘    要:广蓄电站二期工程6号机组在起动调试过程中,先后发生两次推力轴瓦烧损事故,其原因主要是推力轴瓦瓦面的粗糙度、波浪度、中心油池形状、瓦的宽厚比等不能满足运行的要求。在事故处理时采取了以下措施:对瓦面进行现场研刮,使每1cm^2有4-5个接触点;在瓦面两边侧刮出导油角;梯形油池改成直径为55mm的圆形油池;减薄钢瓦坯支承处的厚度,使宽厚比由0.38降到0.28;扩大弹性圆盘下支承块的支撑面;减少冷却油喷油孔数量等。事故处理后,机组已在各种工况下安全运行近18个月,推力轴承运行情况良好。

Abstract:In the startup debugging of No. 6 generating unit of the Guangzhou Pumped Storage Plant (second stage), its thrust bearing liner was burnt twice. The main cause is that the roughness and waviness of the surface of thrust bearing liner, the shape of central oil pool, and the ratio of width to thickness of the liner all can not meet the requirements of operation. In the treatment of the failure, the following measures have been adopted. The surface of the liner was ground in site to make every one square centimeter have 4-5 contact points. Two sides of the liner were scraped to form oil guide angle. The trapezoid oil pool was changed into a circle oil pool with the diameter of 55 mm. The ratio of width to thickness of the liner is decreased from 0.38 to 0.28. The support surface of the elastic disc in the lower support block was enlarged. The number of cooling oil nozzles was decreased. After the completion of the failure treatment, the generating unit has safely operated for about 18 months under the various working conditions and the operation performances of its thrust bearing are excellent.
