空化数与雷诺数关系的确定

摘    要:采用量纲分析和试验相结合的方法探求空化数和雷诺数的关系。通过量纲分析表明,空化数和雷诺数之间有确定的函数关系。利用不同厚度、孔数和孔径的多洞孔板作为水力空化发生装置,通过对罗丹明B溶液的空化降解试验,得出了空化数与雷诺数间呈幂次关系。试验结果也验证了水力空化有降解效果。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to determine the functional relationship between Reynolds number and cavitation number by means of combining dimension analysis with experimentations.The dimensional analysis shows that the function exists.Several multi-orifice plates with different thicknesses,different number of holes,and different hole diameters are used in hydrodynamic cavitation device.The decomposition experimentations to Rhodamine B in wastewater are performed.The analysis of these experimentations shows that the functional relationship between Reynolds number and cavitation number is power exponent.The experiments also demonstrate that hydrodynamic cavitation has decomposition effect.
