HPLC法测定清肺丸中黄芩苷和柚皮苷含量

目的：建立同时测定清肺丸中黄芩苷和柚皮苷含量的方法。方法：色谱柱为Shim—packVP—ODS（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-2％冰醋酸水溶液（21：79），流速为1．0ml／min，检测波长为283nm。结果：黄芩苷和柚皮苷分别在20．8—156μg／ml（r=0．9999）和8—120μg/ml（r=0．9998）范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系，平均加样回收率为99．85％（RSD为0．97％，n=9）和100．1％（RSD为1．29％，n=9）。结论：本法简便、结果准确、重复性好，可用于清肺丸的质量控制。

Determination of baicalin and naringin in Qingfei pills by HPLC

Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin and naringin in Qingfei pills.Methods:Analyses were carried out on VP-ODS column(150 mm ×4.6 mm) with acetonitrile-2%acetic acid(21∶79)as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the UV detection wavelength was set at 283 nm.Results:The linearities of baicalin and naringin were in the range of 20.8～156 μg/ml(r=0.9999) and 8～120 μg/ml(r=0.9998),respectively.The average recoveries of baicalin and naringin were 99.85% and 100.1%,the RSD were 0.97% and 1.29%.Conclusions:The method is simple,accurate,strong specificity and can be used for the quality of Qingfei pills.
