正心泰颗粒剂治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

【目的】观察研究正心泰颗粒剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。【方法】将人选病例随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组口服正心泰颗粒剂，对照组口服消心痛。从临床疗效及血液流变学、心电图改变、血脂水平等方面系统研究。【结果】正心泰颗粒剂能缓解心绞痛，改善心电图，降低血液黏稠度，改善血液“高凝”状态，降低血清脂质含量。【结论】正心泰颗粒剂确为治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀兼肾虚患者的有效、安全药物。

Clinical Effect of Zhengxintai granules in Treating Angina Pectoris in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of Zhengxintai granules in treating angina pectoris(AP) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods] The selected patients were divided randomly into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated by Zhengxintai granules,while the control group by Sorbitrate.A systematic investigation was performed on clinical curative effect,blood rheology,ECG change and blood lipid level etc.as the parameters.Result] Zhengxintai granules could relieve AP,improve ECG,decrease blood viscosity,inhibit blood hypercoagulability,lower serum lipid content.Conclusion] Zhengxintai granules is an effective and safe drug in treating angina pectoris in patients with CHD with deficiency of qi and stasis of blood complicated with deficiency of kidney.
