厄贝沙坦对兔心力衰竭心房重构的影响

目的观察厄贝沙坦对兔慢性心力衰竭（CHF）心房重构的影响。方法将90只新西兰大白兔随机分为假手术组（S组）、心衰组（HF组）和厄贝沙坦组（Ⅰ）。3组在12周后分别观察心衰指标和左房内径（LAD）及左心房细胞的膜电容大小。结果HF组与Ⅰ12周心脏重量／体重（HW／BW）、肝脏湿重／体重、肺湿重／体重及左室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、左室收缩末期内径（LVESD）高于S组，射血分数（EF）较S组降低，差异有统计学意义。Ⅰ肺湿重／体重、LVEDD、LVESD小于HF组，ⅠEF值较HF组升高。HF组和Ⅰ心房肌细胞膜电容和左心房内径均大于S组（均P〈0．01）。Ⅰ左心房内径小于HF组（P〈0．01），心房肌细胞膜电容小于HF组（P〈0．05）。结论厄贝沙坦对心衰心房的重构有抑制作用。

The Effects of Irbesartan on the Atrial Remodeling of Rabbits With Heart Failure

Objective To evaluated the effects of irbesartan(I) on atrial remodeling of rabbits with heart failure(HF).Methods A total of 90 rabbits were randomly divided into sham-operated(S) group,HF group and I group.After 12 weeks,the sign of HF,left atriam diameter(LAD) and atrial cell membrane capacitances were evaluated.Results The heart wight/body weight(HW/BW),liver weight/BW,lung wet weight/BW,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD) in the HF group and I group were significantly higher than that in the S group after 12 weeks.The lung wet weight/BW,LVEDD,LVESD in the I group were lower than in the HF group.The LAD and atrial cell membrane capacitance in HF group and I group increased compared with S group and the EF decreased.The LAD and atrial cell membrane capacitance in the I group decreased compared with HF group(P<0.05),however the EF increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Irbesarten can prevented atrial remodeling of heart failure rabbits.
