电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定水系沉积物中镍的不确定度评定

摘    要:以铑(Rh)作为内标校正体系,用四酸溶样-电感耦合等离子体质谱法对水系沉积物中的镍进行了测定,分析了测定过程中的不确定度来源,重点对其主要不确定度分量和合成进行了评定。结果表明,样品的称量、试液的定容以及标准的配制过程是引入不确定度的主要因素。

Abstract:A method was developed for determination of Ni in sediment by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometry. After crushed, the samples were digested by four acids. Rh was employed as internal standard. The main source of uncertainty was been concluded in the paper. Also, the primary components of uncertainty and combined uncertainty were also been discussed. It was showed that samples weighing, constant volume of test solution and the preparation of standard solutions were the main factors to affect the uncertainty.
