| 摘 要： | 基于PCI总线技术，设计并实现了一种通用数字集成电路自动测试系统。介绍了测试系统的硬件结构及其工作原理，主要包括逻辑功能测试、直流参数测试、交流参数测试以及控制电路等内容；论述了系统的软件设计思想，基于C Builder集成开发平台，给出了文档编辑器、测试程序、编译器及数据库等主要软件部分的实现方法。实际应用表明，该系统测试精度高，可靠性好。

| Abstract: | A universal digital IC automatic test system is designed and implemented based on the technology of PCI bus. The hardware structure and operating principle of the system are introduced, mainly including logical function test, AC parameters test, DC parameters test and control circuits. The design ideas of the software of the system are discussed. Based on C Builder integrated development platform, the implemental method of the main part of the software such as file editor, test program, compiler and database are given. It is proved that the system has a high testing precision and good reliability. |
