目的总结22例听小骨假体植入术手术配合。方法对22例听小骨假体术的患者做好心理护理、物品和器械准备,熟悉手术配合过程,术中密切配合,严格无菌操作。结果全部病例无一例因术前准备或术中配合不当而影响手术或出现手术并发症。结论手术室护士正确熟练的手术配合可使手术过程更加顺利,高质量的手术配合是手术成功的重要保证。

Assistance in the auditory ossicles prosthesis implantation operation

Objective To summarize the methodsof assistance of 22 cases with auditory ossicles prosthesis implantation.Methods The study involves 22 patients candidate to auditory ossicles prosthesis implantation. Operating room nurses assigned to the surgery were required to provide every patient with psychological nursing support, prepare products and instruments to be used for the operation, acquaint themselves with the coordination expected during the surgical procedure and provide close intraoperative coordination under strict sterile manipulation.Results There were no cases of surgical complication or surgery being affected by a poor preparation or improper intraoperative coordination.Conclusions The operating room nurse can increase the surgery chances of success by correctly acquainting herself with the coordination required during the surgical procedure. A high quality of intraoperative coordination is an important guarantee of successful surgery.
