蚕蛹油超临界二氧化碳萃取研究

摘    要:以蚕蛹为原料,采用正交试验,研究萃取温度、萃取时间、萃取压力等因素对超临界CO2萃取蚕蛹油影响。确定蚕蛹油超临界CO2萃取条件,即萃取温度35℃,萃取时间2h,萃取压力25MPa。

Abstract:Silkworm chrysalis were taken as experimental materials of extraction. The effect factorsy extraction temperature, extraction time, extracting pressure on the supercritical extraction were studied with orthogonal design. The result showed that were theoptimum extraction conditions to the extracting temperature 35℃, extracting time 2 h, extracting pressure 25 MPa.
