桂枝茯苓丸联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫肌瘤的临床研究

目的研究桂枝茯苓丸联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2016年6月—2018年6月自贡市妇幼保健院收治的128例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机对照表法将患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各64例。对照组患者将左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统,在月经开始的7 d以内放置于宫腔内;治疗组患者在对照组基础上口服桂枝茯苓丸,6丸/次,2次/d。两组患者持续治疗3个月经周期。观察两组患者的临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者的月经量、子宫肌瘤体积、子宫体积和激素水平。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为95.31%,显著高于对照组的85.94%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组月经量、子宫肌瘤和子宫体积均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,治疗组月经量、子宫肌瘤和子宫体积均显著低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组雌二醇(E2)、促黄体素(LH)、促卵泡素(FSH)和催乳素(PRL)水平均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,治疗组激素水平显著低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫肌瘤具有较好的临床疗效,能够减少患者月经量、缩小子宫肌瘤直径和子宫体积,改善激素水平,安全性较高,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Clinical study on Guizhi Fuling Pills combined with Levonorgestrel Intrauterine Sustained Release System in treatment of uterine fibroids

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Guizhi Fuling Pills combined with Levonorgestrel Intrauterine Sustained Release System in treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods Patients (128 cases) with uterine fibroids in Zigong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 64 cases. Patients in the control group were administered with Levonorgestrel Intrauterine Sustained Release System, which was placed in the uterine cavity within 7 d from the beginning of menstruation. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Guizhi Fuling Pills on the basis of control group, 6 pills/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and menstrual volume, uterine fibroids volume, uterine volume, and hormone levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was 95.31%, which was higher than 85.94% in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the menstrual volume, uterine fibroids and uterine volume in two groups were significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the menstrual volume, uterine fibroids and uterine volume in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of E₂, LH, FSH, and PRL in two groups were significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the hormone levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Pills combined with Levonorgestrel Intrauterine Sustained Release System has good clinical effect in treatment of uterine fibroids, can reduce the menstrual volume, the diameter of uterine fibroids and uterine volume, and improve hormone level, with high safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
