同步磁阻电机直接转矩稳定控制研究

摘    要:传统同步磁阻电机控制方法需解耦控制,实现过程复杂,且在低速范围内无法保证电机的稳定性。为此,针对低速范围环境,提出一种新的同步磁阻电机直接转矩稳定控制方法。建立同步磁阻电机数学模型和转子的机械运动方程。对电机端电压与电流进行测量,采用坐标变换,将其转换至两相静止坐标系,求出定子磁链、电磁转矩以及转速。将得到的定子磁链与转矩和既定值相比,通过查表确定适宜的电压空间矢量,完成同步磁阻电机直接转矩稳定控制。在低速范围内将扇区分成正负两个对等部分,施加不同电压矢量,从而获取新的电压矢量选择表,保证控制稳定性。实验结果表明,所提方法能够优化低速范围内电流畸变与平均转矩脉动大的弊端;在加速与转速突变状态下,可快速平稳地变化;磁链幅值与转矩值稳定。

Direct torque stability control of synchronous reluctance motor

Abstract:the traditional synchronous reluctance motor control method needs decoupling control, and the realization process is complicated, and the stability of the motor can not be guaranteed in the low speed range. For this purpose, a new direct torque control method for synchronous reluctance clicking direct torque is proposed for low speed range environment. The mathematical model of synchronous reluctance motor and the mechanical motion equation of the rotor are established. To measure the voltage and current of the motor terminal, coordinate transformation is applied to transform the stator voltage and current to the two-phase stationary coordinate system, and the stator flux linkage, electromagnetic torque and speed are calculated. By comparing the stator flux linkage with the fixed value and the established value, the direct torque stability control of synchronous reluctance motor is completed by determining the suitable voltage space vector by look-up table. In the low speed range, the sector is divided into two positive and negative parts, and different voltage vectors are applied to get the new voltage vector selection table, which ensures the stability of the control. The experimental results show that the proposed method can optimize the current distortion and the average torque ripple in the low speed range, and it can change rapidly and smoothly under the condition of acceleration and speed change, and the amplitude and torque values of the flux linkage are stable.
