摘    要:针对球头铣刀在3轴数控铣床中应用的8种常见铣削情形,将铣刀轴向离散化为一系列微元切削刃,首先分析并建立局部切削力模型,进而通过积分运算求得铣刀整体切削力,建立了结合前刀面剪切效应与后刀面犁切效应双重机制的球头切削力预报模型.该模型考虑了走刀间距对切削区域的影响,采用几何分析方法求解瞬时参与切削的微元切削刃的分布,容易实现程序化,并利用Matlab对铣削力进行了数值仿真.最后,通过以45号钢为工件材料的铣削试验获得试验数据,数值仿真结果与试验结果对比,验证了球头铣刀切削力模型的有效性.
