涡轮盘片多学科优化系统设计与实现研究

摘    要:针对某型号发动机涡轮转子盘片结构,设计开发了涡轮盘片多学科设计优化系统;实现涡轮叶片、叶冠等部件的优化仿真集成以及优化模型的建立;设计并编写了各功能模块之间的数据存储结构与交换接口,保障了数据传递的准确性;并以涡轮叶片为例进行优化设计,验证了系统的可行性和可操作性。

Abstract:For the design of a particular model of turbine rotor disc,the MDO system for turbine disk and blade is built.Simulation optimization integrating and design optimization modeling of turbine blade and other parts are implemented.To ensure the accuracy of data transfer,the data storage structure and exchange interface of various functional modules are design and prepared.And this paper takes optimization of the turbine blade as an example to verify the effectiveness and maneuverability of the system.
