| 摘 要： | 由于历史条件约束,过去以用电时间T定义电压合格率,表示电能质量供电电压偏差质量的优劣,看来合理。从电网与电子计量测量技术发展的观点看问题,今天应以电能量kW.h定义电压合格率,表示电能质量供电电压偏差质量的优劣,更显科学。重新定义电压合格率术语,必将促进电能质量供电电压偏差质量进一步的提高。 |

| Abstract: | Restricted by historic condition,before it sounded reasonable to measure the level of power quality and power voltage deviation by using power time T to define voltage qualification rate.Standing on the development of power grid and electric power metering technology,it is more scientific to use electric energy kWh to define the voltage qualification rate. Redefining the terms of voltage qualification rate could improve the electric power quality and reduce the electric power voltage deviation. |
