摘    要:目的对某设备制造有限公司新建裂解炉模块制造项目职业病危害控制效果进行评价,控制和降低职业病危害因素对劳动者健康的影响,使工作场所职业病危害因素的浓度(强度)达到国家职业卫生标准要求,控制和杜绝职业病的发生。方法通过收集相关资料、职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查及检查表法等方法进行综合评价。结果该新建项目主要职业病危害因素是电焊烟尘、砂轮磨尘、氧化铁尘、苯及苯系物、金属镍及其化合物、锰及其化合物、噪声、X射线辐射等,其中氧化铁尘时问加权平均(TWA)浓度达13.4(mg/m^3),超过PC-TWA,其余生产性粉尘浓度、毒物浓度均未超过PC.TWA,各测点噪声强度均未超过85dB(A),无损探伤室X射线防护空气比释动能率均低于2.5(μGy/h);职业健康监护未发现疑似职业病及职业禁忌证者。结论该新建项目的职业病危害控制效果基本符合职业卫生要求,已基本具备职业卫生方面的工程竣工验收条件。

Abstract: Objective ] To evaluate the occupational hazards control on a new cracking furnace module manufacturing project in a equipment manufacturing enterprise, to control and reduce the effect of occupational hazard on health of workers, to make the concentration ( intensity ) of occupational hazards in workplace meet the requirements of national occupational health standards, and control and prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases. Methods] The comprehensive evaluation was performed through collecting relevant material, occupational health field survey, occupational health inspection, the occupational health examination and inspection table methods of assessment. Results] The major occupational hazards existed in this new project were welding soot, grinding wheel dust, ferric oxide dust, benzene and benzene series, nickel and compounds, manganese and compounds, noise, X-ray radiation, etc. Time-weighted average ( TWA ) of the iron dust concentration was 13.4 ( mg/m^3 ) which was more than PC-TWA, concentrations of productive dust and poisons did not exceed the PC-TWA, the measuring noise intensity were not exceed 85 dB ( A), NDT room X- ray protection air kerma rates were all lower than 2.5 (μGy/h ) ; no suspected occupational patient and occupational contraindicatian patient were detected by occupational health surveillance. Conclusion] Occupational hazards control effect of this new project complies with the occupational health requirements, and has basically acquired occupational health conditions of the project completion acceptance.
