循环流化床热水锅炉排烟温度偏高的原因及对策

摘    要:排烟温度是衡量热源厂热经济性的一个指标。为了解决某地58 MW循环流化床热水锅炉排烟温度偏高的问题,通过现场测试和调整,提出切实可行的措施。烟气速度偏低将导致积灰严重,影响传热,这是排烟温度高的主要原因。在分离器性能比较好的条件下,设计时应适当提高尾部受热面的烟气流速,采用吹灰器或者省煤器采用错列布置方式以增强自清灰能力,控制尾部受热面的积灰。

Abstract:The exhaust gas temperature is an index for the economy estimation of a thermal power plant.In order to decrease the exhaust gas temperature in some circulating fluidized bed(CFB) hot water boilers,the measurement and commissioning were conducted in a 58 MW CFB hot water boiler in somewhere.The reliable improvement methods were suggested and carried out.The lower gas velocity causes more serious ash deposit,which led to the higher exhaust gas temperature.Under the condition that the performance of cyclone s...
