循环流化床热水锅炉排烟温度偏高的原因及对策

排烟温度是衡量热源厂热经济性的一个指标。为了解决某地58 MW循环流化床热水锅炉排烟温度偏高的问题,通过现场测试和调整,提出切实可行的措施。烟气速度偏低将导致积灰严重,影响传热,这是排烟温度高的主要原因。在分离器性能比较好的条件下,设计时应适当提高尾部受热面的烟气流速,采用吹灰器或者省煤器采用错列布置方式以增强自清灰能力,控制尾部受热面的积灰。
