炭纤维增强热塑性工程塑料的研制

摘    要:研究炭纤维在尼龙、聚甲醛两种工程塑料中的含量对复合材料抗拉强度、冲击强度及耐磨性的影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜观察复合材料的界面结构。结果表明,在CF/PA1010复合材料中,当炭纤维含量达到30%时,抗拉强度达到127.6MPa,耐磨性显著提高。

Abstract:The effects of carbon fiber content in CF/PA1010 CF/PM on their tensile strength, impact strength and wear-resistance were investigated, The interface structures of the composites were characterized by SEM. The results show that when the content of carbon fibers is 30%, the tensile strength of CF/PA1010 comes up 127. 6MPa, the wear-resistance is improved substantially.
