| 摘 要： | 分析了发电机内部进油的原因，指出发电机密封油系统结构设计不合理。采取了调整控制密封瓦间隙，在氢侧回油箱加装1条回油管，及油位报警监视等相应的防范措施。经运行实践，有效防止了发电机进油的问题，使密封油系统达到了设计要求。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes oil inlet reasons of the internal part of generator and points out the unreasonable structural design of sealing oil system of generator. Precautions, such as adjusting and controlling the gap of sealing pad, installing an extra an oil return pipe in oil tank and oil level alert monitor and so on, are taken to deal with oil inlet. Practice proves that these countermeasures work effectively, meeting the design requirements on sealing oil system. |
