| 摘 要： | 分析辽宁城镇供水水质安全存在的问题，指出了辽宁城镇供水水质安全面临的主要威胁因素；水资源短缺与过量开发，水源受到污染与水源水质较差，落后的净水工艺和水质二次污染；影响供水水质安全的主要水源水质问题有：有机污染物，消毒副产物，病源微生物，氨氮和高含量铁锰物质；提出了城镇供水水质安全保障对策；加强水污染控制，保护水源安全；采用先进适用的安全优质水处理技术，替代传统落后,改造现有给水处理工艺和设备；强化输送蓄贮处理中的二次污染控制，保障用水点水质安全；建立城镇供水水质安全监测体系。

| Abstract: | The problem of safe drinking water in city is serious in Liaoning Province,including shortage and overuse of water,pollution of water,non advanced water treatment technolgy and second pollution of water.The pollutants in water are mainly organic matter,disinfectant by product,pathogen,NH3 N,Fe and Mn.The countermeasures for the safe water involve controlling water pollution,protecting water resources,using advanced water treatment technolgy,reforming the water treatment technolgy and equipment,controlling the second pollution in water transportation and distribution for the safe of users and forming a safe monitoring system. |
