舒适护理在内科病房护理中的应用效果分析

目的：探讨舒适护理在内科病房中的临床效果。方法选择2013年5月～2014年4月我院内科病房收治的80例患者，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，对照组实施常规护理。观察组在常规护理的基础上实施舒适护理，比较两组护理环境、护理沟通、护理服务、护理结果的满意度及 SAS、SDS评分。结果观察组患者对护理环境、护理沟通、护理服务、护理结果满意度高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。护理后观察组和对照组 SAS、SDS 评分低于护理前，观察组评分降低程度大于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论通过在内科病房实施舒适护理后，提高了患者的舒适度及护理满意度，缓解了焦虑、抑郁程度，对良好护患关系的建立及患者疾病的康复均有重要意义。

Effect analysis on comfort care in a medical ward nursing application

Objective To explore the clinical results of comfort care in a medical wards. Methods 80 patients were selected from May 2013 to April 2014 admitted to hospital wards,all of them were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,there were 40 cases in each group,the control group received routine care. The observation group received comfort care on the basis of routine care,we compared the nursing satisfaction of care environment,nursing communication,nursing care,nursing results and SAS,SDS score of two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of care environment,nursing communication,nursing care,nursing results of the observation group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.After nursing the observation group and control group SAS,SDS score were lower than before nursing,the observation group score decreased to a large extent with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Through the implementation of comfort care in a medical ward,improved patient comfort and satisfaction with care,relieve anxiety and depression,rehabilitation of the establishment of good relations between nurses and patients and patients with the disease are important.
