生态足迹理论与江苏生态省建设

生态足迹理论从具体的生物物理量角度研究自然资本消费的空间,从而成为判断区域可持续发展状况的理论之一．江苏省正在大力实施可持续笈展战略,积极推进生态省建设,但在建设过程中也面临一些难题．本文通过对江苏2003年生态足迹的计算与分析,加深了对全省可持续发展状况的认识,从而对生态省建设有若干启示,包括提高生态承载力;控制人口增长、提倡绿色生产与消费,尽可能减少生态足迹;追求集约型城市化,建设生态城市;重视农村生态环境的改善等．

The Theory of Ecological Footprint and the Eco-Province Construction of Jiangsu

The theory of ecological footprint is a new way of the study on sustainability development from the angle of antinomy between human and earth.Jiangsu is getting into the construction of Eco-province,but there are several problems in the process.This paper analyzes the ecological footprint and ecological capability of Jiangsu province and value the sustainable development situation of the region through a balance analysis of supply and demand,and the result indicates that the socioeconomic development of Jiangsu Province has been in unsustainable situation.Finally,some revelations for the construction of Eco-province are provided,including enhancing ecological sustainability,reducing ecological footprint by controlling population growth and advocating "green-production" and "green-consumption",constructing ecological city by intensive urbanization,attaching importance to improve the rural ecological environment and so on.
