混凝土强度等级与养护方式对软化系数的影响

摘    要:通过将不同强度等级的混凝土试件在自然养护、标准养护及蒸汽养护的方式下进行养护,测定龄期为28 d的混凝土试件的抗压强度,进而对不同强度等级的混凝土试件及不同养护方式的混凝土试件的软化系数进行分析。研究发现,混凝土的软化系数与混凝土的强度等级和养护方式有一定的关系,较高强度混凝土在蒸汽养护的方式下其软化系数最大,中等强度混凝土在自然养护的方式下其软化系数最大,对于较低强度混凝土,其软化系数在标准养护下达到最大。

Influence of Concrete Strength Grades and Curing Methods on Softening Coefficient

Abstract:The concrete specimens of different strength grades were cured in the ways of natural curing,standard curing and steam curing,the compressive strength of concrete specimens with curing age of 28 d was determined.Then the softening coefficients of concrete specimens with different strength grades and different curing methods were analyzed and compared.Study found that the softening coefficient of concrete has a certain relationship with strength grades of concrete and curing methods,for high strength concrete,the softening coefficient is the largest under steam curing,for medium strength of concrete,the softening coefficient is the largest in the way of natural curing,for low strength concrete,the softening coefficient is maximum under the standard curing.
