摘    要:为保证采矿工程安全的生产环境和高效的生产效率,需要确定合理的采场结构参数。以厂坝铅锌矿高阶段大直径深孔崩矿充填采矿法为工程背景,采用3D-σ有限元分析软件,结合矿山现场,对不同采场高度的4种方案进行模拟计算,研究采矿过程中的开挖、充填等工序对采场稳定性的影响。选取最大拉应力和最大压应力作为判断标准,确定了最优的采场高度,并提出了合理化建议。研究结果对采场结构设计和回采步骤有一定指导意义。

Abstract:Safe mining production environment and efficient production are guaranteed by the determination of reasonable stope structure parameters.This paper takes the high-level large diameter long hole caving and filling of Changba lead and zinc mine as the engineering backgroud,uses the 3D-σ FEM analysis software to simulate and calculate 4 mining schemes with different stope heights based on field conditions.The influence of excavation and filling processes on stope stability is studied.Maximum tensile stress and maximum compressive stress are selected as judgment criteria of the optimal mining height.Reasonable suggestions are also presented.Research results in this paper are of guiding significance to stope structure design and stoping steps.
