柔性接头弹性件超弹性本构参数拟合和低压摆动非线性有限元分析

摘    要:依据非线性力学理论,通过单轴拉伸试验获得了柔性接头弹性件超弹性Mooney-Rivlin模型常数,作为有限元计算的输入,同时对柔性接头冷摆时的载荷进行了分析处理,有限元模拟了柔性接头的冷态摆动,重点分析了柔性接头弹性件和粘接面的柯西剪应力和轴向应力。结果表明,0.15 MPa容压下摆动,粘接面的轴向柯西应力大于剪应力,是柔性接头粘接面破坏的主要原因,计算与实际情况吻合性较好。

Abstract:According to nonlinear mechanics theory,the Mooney-Rivlin model constant of flexible joint elastomer was obtained by single axis tensile test,which was inputted into finite element calculation.At the same time,the load during cold wiggle test of flexible joint was analyzed.Finite element analysis was used for simulating cold wiggle of flexible joint.Cauchy shear stress and axial stress of flexible joint elastomer and bonded interfaces were emphatically analyzed.The results show that axial Cauchy stress on bonded interface under 0.15 MPa pressure are more than shear stress,which can result in bonded interface failure of flexible joint,and the calculation results agree well with the actual situation.
