摘    要:目前,国内外空气弹簧转向架的垂向减振方式主要有3种:在空气弹簧本体和附加空气室之间设置固定或可变节流孔来提供阻尼的方式和单独设置垂向减振器方式。首先对这3种减振形式进行了等效模型分析,然后建立了动力学仿真模型,模拟了车辆在不同的线路条件下运行,计算其对低频、高频激扰的响应,并分析这3种减振方式的优劣。根据计算提出采取固定节流孔外加垂向减振器方式更适合我国的车辆运营状况和线路情况。

Abstract:There are mainly three vertical damping modes for bogies with air springs in China and abroad at present: the air spring, providing fixed or variable throttle between the supplementary air chambers to provide damping, and providing independent vertical damper. Based on equivalent model analysis on the three damping modes, the dynamics simulation models are set up, the operation of cars under different track conditions is simulated, responses on low frequency and high frequency excitation are calculated, and the advantages and disadvantages of the three damping modes are analyzed. It is pointed out on the basis of the calculation that application of the fixed throttle and the vertical damper are more appropriate to the vehicle operation and track conditions in our country.
