摘    要:建立了微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定桂皮中的铅、镉、铬、锑、镍、铜。结果表明,在选定实验条件下,各元素标准曲线相关系数均超过0.99,精密度RSD值均低于5%,加标回收率在97.75%~100.95%。该方法具有简便、快速、准确和灵敏度高的优点,适用于桂皮中铅、镉、铬、铜、镍、锑的测定。

Abstract:A method of microwave digestion - graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry was established to determine the quantity of lead, cadmium, chromium, antimony, nickel and copper in cinnamon. Under the selected experimental conditions, the correlation coefficients of the standard curve for each element were above 0.99, the RSD was under 5%, and the recovery was between 97.75% and 100.95%. The results indicated that the method which was convenient, fast, accurate, and highly sensitive, can be used for the determination of lead, cad- mium, chromium, copper, nickel, antimony in cinnamon.
