复发性口腔溃疡238例临床疗效观察

目的观察中药复方汤剂治疗复发性口腔溃疡的效果。方法238例复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为对照组与治疗组。对照组110例，使用西地碘含片和多维元素片口服治疗；治疗组128例，使用中药复方汤剂治疗。结果治疗2周后，对照组总有效率为84．55％；治疗组总有效率为94．53％；两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。对照组复发率为73．6％；治疗组复发率为42．9％；两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中药复方汤剂治疗复发性口腔溃疡总有效率高，复发率低，疗效优于对照组，值得临床推广。

Clinical observation of 238 cases of recurrent oral ulcer

Objective To observe the effect of a Chinese herbal compound in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods 238 cases of recurrent oral ulcer were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The 110 cases of control group were treatment by using Cydiodine Tablets and Multivitamin and minerals tablets, meanwhile the 128 cases of treatment group were treatment by using the Chinese herbal compound. Results After 2 weeks treatment, the total effective rate of the control group was 84.55%, and the total effective rate of treatment group was 94.53%. There was statistically significant difference in total effective between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of control group was 73.6%, and the treatment group was 42.9%. There was a statistically significant difference in recurrence rate between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The total effective rate is higher and the recurrence rate is lower for the treatment group, the effect is better than the control group. It is worth promotion in clinical.
